We’ve been bloggers for several years. Our previous blog (link below) started out being Tommy’s journal in July of 2004 when he was working at our church and then when he went back into the engineering market place it remained stagnant for a while. In March, 2008, I took it over for a family journal of sorts and began posting about our family randomness, adventures and photos. We changed over to WordPress when we made a move from Texas to Singapore in June, 2009. It was time for a fresh start and a new look.
Wow, I am so happy to find your blog. We are moving to Singapore fall 2011. Your “helpful Singapore Information was amazing and….really helpful! We are not allowed to talk about our move yet b/c it hasn’t been announced at my husbands company. I would love to email or skype you about questions I have. Neighborhoods, schools, churches and the usual international moving stuff.

I am so happy to find your blog as well- we are moving to S’pore in January and are really, really excited. Our daughter will be attending ISS (2nd grade), so I’m really glad to hear that you’re happy with it.
We will be staying near Orchard Road for a month in a company apt, then looking for our permanent housing.
The best advice I think I’ve heard is to load up on favorite makeup, products, etc- I had wondered about that, so thank you!!!!
