Now we begin on our Rome trip posts. There will be at least one unrelated post in between because someone has a 13th birthday coming up!

We leave this evening and to start out our trip posts I thought I’d share our itinerary. It’s going to be a great trip and we’re really anxious to get it started. Only downside is that our oldest two aren’t going with us because they are busy looking for jobs and studying at college. We’ll just have to go again with them someday. :)

Italy trip 2012

Leave Singapore – 25 February

26 February  – Pick up car at the airport and drive to Pompei.

Hotel Amleto Pompei

27 February – Tour Pompei. Drive to Sorrento. Celebrate Anna’s Birthday!!!

B&B  – Casa Correale Rooms & Garden

28 February – Visit Campodimele? Drive through Gaeta? Eat with family friends in Fondi.

Hotel – Hotel del Conte

La Magnatora – dinner with family friends

29 February – Return rental car by noon or earlier and go to apartment. See Rome.

1 March – See Rome. Tour  Vatican City

2 March – See Rome. Tour Galleria Borghese.

3 March – See Rome. Check out of the apartment. Airport by 1:30pm. Fly back to Singapore.

Things to do not listed:
