We have only 3 more sleeps in our current place in Singapore. Can’t say I’m sad about that at all. It’s been a great place to live in many aspects but we’ve just had too many issues and it just has too many bathrooms and floors to keep clean.
Then we have 3 sleeps at the Marina Bay Sands while our stuff is in limbo with the movers.
Then we get to sleep in our new place. For a while. We’re SO ready to be in the new place!
We’ve been moving a few things over ourselves before the movers get their grubby and perhaps not so careful hands on them so it’s beginning to look like someone lives there. We decided to buy a new couch and loveseat. The ones we brought over are just so huge and since the big room is the dining room, living room and office combined, it would look so crowded. The new set has recliners!! 4 of them all together. Oh, how I have missed recliners! Only catch is we don’t get them for another two weeks or so. So, this is what our living room furniture looks like for the time being.
We have a 3 seater “couch”, a 2 seater “loveseat” and an ipod and Bose docking station. What else do we need???
Oh, and we’ll definitely be getting rid of that dinky little shag rug and getting a big nice one. When our budget recovers from the couch purchase. It just looks ridiculous in there.
