Tori and I just got back from 4 days in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It was a great trip! She bought a tshirt that says “Hollyday in Cambodia” on the back so that quickly became the theme of our trip.
I’ll be posting more soon but thought I’d post a few pictures that make me smile. Not in a “poking fun” sort of smile but an “I’m totally in love” kind of smile. The people of Phnom Penh smile a lot, which is amazing after their very recent and utterly horrific past, so I thought it fitting to smile with them.

Those are so great! And to top it off, there are eggs on that first motorcycle. That’s crazy! Did you guys buy any new luggage?
There was A LOT of stuff on that first motorcycle. The lady was barely hanging on.
We did buy some luggage. The Samsnite luggage.
A big piece and a carry-on. It is time for all new luggage. We keep throwing out our stuff one by one. It’s all falling apart. A good problem to have, though.
Do you expect the “Samsnite luggage” to last? Is that not embarrassing having that in a check in line at the airport??
It’s as good as any other we’ve bought. Tons cheaper too. No, I’m not embarassed at all. I think it’s hilarious. It’s actually upscale compared to most we see.
Did you notice the case of drinking water that the lady has is “Oral” – oh that’s good! That always makes me laugh.
I am so glad that you made it over to Cambodia!! I couldn’t wait for you to see it and to go to HCO.
